He helps Infinia create and deploy an innovative suite of integrated technology applications & services that provide critical benefits of business intelligence, customer delight and seamless convenience, both as end-to-end turnkey solutions as well as modular products & services.
In his previous roles at Aimia as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director Middle-East & Vice-President EMEA at Carlson Marketing, Paul has driven the growth of the company both geographically and in key sectors like telecom, banking, hospitality, airline and retail. He has driven the development, implementation and management of Coalition & Proprietary Loyalty programs by delivering a full suite of loyalty services including strategy consulting, program design, technology, program analytics, & communication management, alliances & rewards.
Arriving in Dubai in 2001, Paul spearheaded the growth in CRM, Loyalty and Relationship Marketing for MRM (a Fortune Promoseven-McCann Erickson group company) a business he led since its inception in the region winning prestigious new business engagements. Prior to which he was Client Services Director at WPP agency RMG Connect in Mumbai, India.
For over 24 years, Paul’s integrated marcoms experience has spanned advertising, direct marketing, CRM & loyalty at global leaders like JWT-HTA, DDB Needham-Mudra, IPG-Quadrant, McCann-Fortune Promoseven, Carlson Marketing &Aimia. His expertise in strategy, implementation & management of campaigns & programs for an organization’s most valuable assets – customers, channel partners and influencers is spread across global and regional brand leaders like Nestle, Unilever, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Pfizer, Glaxo-Wellcome, DSP Merrill Lynch, UDV, Jumeirah, Etihad, Emaar, Mobily, Ooredoo, STC, ITC and Unit Trust of India
