All registrations are only valid for the respective person mentioned on the registration form.  A registered participant unable to attend the Conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the Conference Secretariat one week before the event date. The procedure requires giving the last name, first name and e-mail address of the new participant. However, the invoice cannot be changed.

December 10, 2015 – January 1, 2016 – No refunds. 100% credit of monies paid applied to future program in Delhi or Mumbai.

January 2-10, 2016 No refunds – 50% credit of monies paid applied to future program in Delhi or Mumbai.

January 10, 2016 and after – No refunds, no credit

* Credit issued may be used towards any of the future events. Credit may not be divided among programs and any remaining funds following credit application will be forfeited. Credit may be transferred to an eligible attendee from the same organization, but written notification of transfer via email must be received from the original purchaser in order for the credit to be valid.

The host reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of cancellation by the host, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for no shows.
